  • It will take about 1 to 3 working days to reach you. *Speed is dependent on Singpost's delivery.


    • Local Registered Postage
  • Do add a one-off $2.24 to the total sum.

  • Tracking number would be provided upon mailing out.

  • It will take about 2 to 7 working days to reach you. *Speed is dependent on Singpost's delivery.


  • A Secret Cove will not be responsible for any damaged/lost items sent during delivery. Thus registered mail is strongly encouraged.


    • AFTER SALES SERVICE
  • If your chains have tarnished through time, we would be very glad to change your chains for a minimum fee.

  • Replacement of charms would be dependent on the availability of the charms and are generally charged a higher fee. It might take a longer time to acquire the charms as well.

  • Postage to and fro would have to be borne by the buyer.
